1. The Service

Tool Nectar provides free, browser-based calculators and file-conversion/editing tools. No account, payment, or software installation is required to use the core tools. Some features (such as saving preferences) may require creating an account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files that you do not have the legal right to process, or that contain malware, or that infringe someone else's copyright or other rights.
• Attempt to bypass upload size limits, rate limits, or other technical protections.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including the admin area, other users' data, or server infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by systematically copying our tool logic or authored content.

3. Your Files and Content

When you upload a file to a PDF or image tool, you retain all ownership rights to that file. We process it only to generate the output you requested; see our Privacy Policy for how uploaded files are handled. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any file you submit.

4. Tool Accuracy and No Professional Advice

Our calculators implement standard, published formulas (see our About page for specifics) and are tested against reference values before publishing. That said, every calculator is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the numbers you enter, and calculators cannot account for every real-world rule, fee, tax law, or medical circumstance that might apply to your specific situation. 5. Intellectual Property

The design, original written content (including calculator explanations, guides, and FAQs), and underlying code of the Service are owned by Tool Nectar or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute our original content or tool logic without permission.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported in part by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties who may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy and Advertising Disclosure. We do not control the specific content of third-party ads.

7. Availability and Changes
