Reorder the pages of a PDF into any sequence you want — move a table of contents to the front, group related sections together, or reverse the whole document.

How It Works

How Organize PDF Pages Works

The tool first reads your PDF's page count using FPDI so the interface can show a thumbnail-style list of every page, which you rearrange by specifying the new page order (e.g. "3,1,2,4").

On submit, the server validates that every number in your order refers to an actual page in the source file, then builds a new PDF by importing each page as a template in exactly the sequence you specified.

Because pages are copied at the object level rather than being flattened into images, the reorganized PDF keeps the same text and image quality as the original — only the page order changes.

Worked Example

See It In Action

A 6-page report where the summary landed on page 6 instead of the front can be fixed by entering the order "6,1,2,3,4,5", producing a new PDF with the summary first and the rest of the original pages following in their original sequence.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to include every page in the new order?
You should list every page number you want in the final document — any page numbers left out simply won't appear in the output, so it also doubles as a way to drop pages while reordering.
Can I repeat a page number to duplicate a page?
The tool validates page numbers against the source PDF's page range, but is built for reordering rather than duplication — for repeating a specific page, use it alongside the Merge PDF tool instead.
Will reordering affect bookmarks or links inside the PDF?
Because pages are imported as flattened templates, internal navigation elements like bookmarks and clickable links from the original file are not preserved in the reorganized copy.
